Is it possible to change my project due date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 2 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.

Any projects rescheduled within 5 days of the original due date will require full payment. However, we always strive to collaborate with you to do what works for all parties.

To secure your project, we request a 10% down payment with the remaining 90% to be paid 24 hours prior to your projects completion.

Within our online project management system, you’ll find a user-friendly “Project Assets” section. You can either manage it yourself or allow us to take care of it for you.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our team with your order number and we will locate and provide a duplicate receipt, when needed.
